I would love to play my piano,but can’t,due to amazons poor customer service.,
Called amazon before purchase to confirm all items(piano,stand,stool,pedals & earphones)were in the package as there was no description only a photo.
Package delivered on time but only keyboard piano in the box.
Called amazon,but nobody could give me any answers regarding the missing items,(I was on the phone more than 1 hour) there reply was send it back & get a refund.
I refused saying I would like the missing items which I purchased sending.
I was told they would get back to me within 48 hrs,
12 days later & several e-mails sent to amazon,I’m still waiting & they have since changed the description on this item. BEWARE amazons customer service 0/10
