Having been a fan of Eindudi since Le Onde was first released, I was overjoyed when I found this book. There is a fair selection of titles, largely from his early work, including Le Onde.
The pieces are decieving simple. I dont think I will ever win any prizes for my piano skills, and after just a few hours, I was progressing better with his music better than I could have ever imagined. I am now waiting for more of his works to be published.

    Just magic, 11 Jan 2008

After being enthralled by Divenire I set about looking for Einaudi’s music to play myself. With 14 different pieces of varying difficulties to try my hand at, this was just what I was looking for. Though initially challenging, I progressed further with the pieces than I thought I would, and I was particularly impressed with the ease with which the magic of Le Onde was relayed through my finger tips. I would highly recommend this for those of all abilities, and for those who, like me, wanted the satisfaction of being able to play the music of a true master.

A charming collection of pieces, 18 Oct 2008

This collection of pieces in a contemporary style is very pleasant to play and learn. Whilst most of the pieces are not that difficult for a reasonable pianist, there is a good variety of tempos, internal melodies and challenges, especially the cross-rhythms of the pieces entitled Samba and Quel Che Resta. Many of the pieces also show depth of feeling which make them worthwhile playing. The well-known Le Onde is naturally also a selling point for anybody who is new to the composer’s work.
