Excellent lesson accompaniment,
Perfect text book for Grade 3 piano – with a little information about each composer plus a CD to hear. May help a child keep up more regular practice by making the pieces more accessible. The CD means the child can be reminded of the tune and tempo between lessons and will help them familiarise themself with piece and make them less likely to slip into bad habits!

|CD Invaluable addition,
Having purchased Selected Piano Exam Pieces 2011 & 2012 Grade 3, WITH CD, I found the CD to be invaluable when practising the Pieces alone in between piano lessons with my Teacher. Being able to listen to how the pieces should be played is an added bonus increasing my understanding of timing, sounds, louder, quieter etc., this CD is well worth the little extra as to purchasing the Pieces Book without the CD.

It’s just the exam pieces for grade 3 piano this year. Includes some nice pieces including some designed to appeal to paernts as well, which seems to have become a trend in the C pieces. In my experience the children virtually never pick them though!
